Here are some FAQ's to help your prepare for our upcoming conference

Are meals / drinks included?

A full hot breakfast is included daily for Residence Inn hotel patrons only. Saturday lunch buffet style with coffee, tea, water is included for each registrant.

Is parking included

​

Parking is free.

​

What's included in the registration fee?

​

Registration fees are non refundable and include a Saturday’s lunch/drinks swag bag for each paid registrant.

​

Is there a dress code?

​

Dress is casual and comfy. For our group photo op, we're asking registrants wear hues of leaf green, salmon/peach, and or cream.

​

Will sessions be recorded?

​

For the protection and privacy of everyone, sessions will not be recorded.

 

Will there be any vendors?

​

We will have a small group of vendors that will have items available for health and wellness. Vendors are set up for electronic payments only (Visa, Debit, MC, Amex, Cash App, Venmo).

When does the event begin?

​

Doors open at 5:00pm for check-in, Friday night session starts at 6:00pm. Saturday morning session is from 9:00am–4:00pm, with a lunch break 12:00.

Can children attend?

​

Due to the nature of our session discussion around healing from trauma and mental health, we strongly advise no one under the age of 18 attend.

​

Can I share a room with someone?

​

Each room comes with a king size bed and a queen pull-out sofa for registrants to split hotel costs if needed.
